In Q3 2020, a new McDonald’s restaurant opened in a multifunctional area of the city Kaunas, in the location with perhaps the most potential for development. The total area of the building situated at Islandijos pl. 30, is 405 sqm. It also accommodates a McCafé and a McDrive that operates the innovative Side-by-Side drive-thru configuration.

Part of the Litvalda Group, AB Baltic Shopping Centers, whose real estate is managed by Baltic RED, a commercial real estate development and management company, invested €750,000 in this project.
