In the first quarter of 2025, the first HALFPRICE and JAHIPAUN stores in Kaunas opened their doors in a mixed-use development located in one of the city’s most promising growth areas.

The new stores are located in a modern 4,500 sq. m commercial building. A 156-space car park has been developed next to the building, providing convenient access and infrastructure for visitors.

HALFPRICE is an international off-price retail chain offering fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty products and homeware from well-known brands. The newly opened store is the retailer’s first location in Kaunas.

The same building is also home to the first JAHIPAUN store in Kaunas. The specialist retailer focuses on outdoor recreation, hiking, fishing and hunting, further diversifying the range of retail concepts available within the development.

AB BALTIC SHOPPING CENTERS, part of the HARMONY HOLDING COMPANY | LITVALDOS group of companies, invested more than EUR 8 million in the project. The company’s real estate portfolio is managed by commercial real estate development and management company HARMONY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT | BALTIC RED.

Construction of the building was carried out by HARMONY CONSTRUCTION.
