In place of the one-story shopping building now operating at the intersection of Baltijos, Vilniaus and Šilutės streets, a two-story shopping center with an integrated 12-story business center will appear.

Renovated 34,000 sq. m of retail space object will be focused on family and leisure. The range of the new “Mega” will be used for everyday needs, for the home segment, another 15% of the retail space will be for entertainment, and about 10% for restaurants and cafes. The same children’s entertainment center will be opened in Klaipeda as in Kaunas shopping and leisure center “Mega” – “CurioCity”. 10 thematic spaces, an amphitheater for events, educational classes, and birthday halls are planned in the premises located over two floors.

The leasable area of ​​each floor of the office building will be about 340 sq. m, and the total area – more than 4,000 sq. m. It will be equipped with an underground car park for about 100 cars.
